I’m sorry I haven’t responded earlier. My father passed from COVID end of December. I did receive the unit and it has been greatly appreciated. I haven’t used it as much as I should because of circumstances, however, it will be used alot more soon.

I have had the Nex-Wave for almost a year. By now I figured that insurance covered the cost of the unit, since I had not heard from Zynex. I contacted them to inquire about a vehicle plug that currently does not exist, when I was informed that I would have to pay for my unit. Under normal conditions I would return it but the multi function of the Nex-Wave is almost forcing me to keep it. I still may return due to cost. I am currently on Social Security Disability, but trying to return to work as a truck driver.
