All went well. I was able to get through and receive the help that I need it. The first lady who called explained everything to me very nice and polite. Then I recalled because I didn’t understand something and Luke help take care of me the second time and make sure everything was fine. I also did the text to find out how to send my insurance card again and Susey who was on the chat line was able to give me the information that I need it. I had a wonderful experience with the company.Â
