Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m loving my device. I have been able to decrease my medication because of the device. I would suggest it to anyone who has chronic pain.

Very easy to work with, was sympathetic and understood my pain. Truely a one of a kind staff
I didn't understand how to appy the electrodes at first, so I asked my Physical Therapist to show me how to apply it. I finally figured it out by trial and error and tips from one of your Customer Service Reps. I now use it every day. It's helping me with my back pain.
I think you done great although it hasn’t taken all my pain away it has helped
