Very easy to work with, was sympathetic and understood my pain. Truely a one of a kind staff
I didn't understand how to appy the electrodes at first, so I asked my Physical Therapist to show me how to apply it. I finally figured it out by trial and error and tips from one of your Customer Service Reps. I now use it every day. It's helping me with my back pain.
I think you done great although it hasn’t taken all my pain away it has helped

I have not received the TENS unit yet, however, the ordering and insurance/payment plan were explained very well. Both people that I spoke with were very kind and courteous.
