I have not recieved my unit in the mail yet, but up until now i give all thumbs up! From the nurse who spent time with me demonstrating the unit on my back to the follow up the SAME DAY! You guys are very prompt and efficient, with patients needs put first. Very hopeful!

It is great !!! It helps Me a lot when I can't get an appointment for physical therapy and I am having a lot of lower back pain. I really like that it isn't difficult to use.
