I just received my very first Zynex medical unit and used it I am very impressed on how easy it is to use and assemble. I love that it takes the pain away it like being in heaven. With pain free and I don’t want to come back to the real world. I want to thank you all in Zynex medical team for your hard work and sending me this much needed unit. You all have made my day.

As a patient in a complex medical environment, information is received that may not be retained. When I saw the 3 EOB’s from my medical insurance totaling some $1,500, the stated arrangement of $25/months for 10 months ending with ownership of the machine was forgotten. I called the medical provider rather than Zynex, another typical patient action.
