This guy name Ivan if I'm not mistaken has such great customer service. He really brighten my day with his kindness. When I called back I spoke with a young lady and she also had great customet service. I can't remember her name. Thank for hiring such wonderful representatives.

Very professional and very helpful.
My husband has a TENS unit for his back pain and neuropathy. Zynex has has been a godsend. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. Their reps are so helpful and friendly and they actually care about their customers. I would recommend Zynex to anyone without reservations. I’ve never come away from an interaction with them dissatisfied. 10/10
