I received a call from your company before my doctor informed me of the prescription. The lady I spoke with was very nice. She sent information about machine to my email. My Dr referred me to Zynex after telling me how much better it was than the typical tens unit. He also was very pleased with his experience with Zynex and was told that they could help me with one through my Medicade. Unfortunately it is not the case, I was told by a Zynex representative that they don't deal with Medicade. But quickly offered a payment plan to purchase one. I asked the rep to call me back in Feb. The customer service was great, and as explained to me, everything was done in a timely manner. The representative was very helpful and totally explained the use of the device.

Satisfied.
I like the unit. Easy to use. I suspended for a bit as I have enough supplies at this time. Also, awaiting consult with Neurosurgeon to see if surgery is needed. I will have to wait and see before resume supplies. Thank you
