I was ordered a TENS after knee surgery. For me it was effective in treating my pain in conjunction with medication. Because of this unit I was able to go longer in between doses so I didn’t need to take the medication as often. They also sent supplies to me. Unfortunately, I really dislike the circular tens unit pads they sent, I prefer the rectangular ones. I never did call to see if they would send me different pads, so this is not their fault. My back surgeon prescribed a TENS unit for me along with a PT clinic. I chose the clinic and when I brought my TENS unit in so they could evaluate it, they were greatly impressed. It was much more high speed then what they had. On a regular schedule I started receiving supplies of batteries and electronic pads. My doctor ordered my NexWave for me before I had surgery. I didn't have to do anything. Surgery was on a Thursday, and I received it that Saturday. We were told we would get it Monday, so that was a pleasant surprise. I was using an older TENS unit my son received for one of his surgeries in the meantime. The NexWave has so many more features. I contacted Zynex on Friday and discussed my medical coverage for a TENs device. After one follow up call I placed my order and the following Tuesday had my order delivered. The product was packed well and was the same high quality device which my therapist was using on me. For those of you out there with back pain I recommend the TENs unit highly and would recommend Zynex Medical as a good place to make your purchase.
Got my machine quickly, no problems. Closed a drawer on the very fine wires and shredded them. I left an email Sunday, and received an email Monday telling me the wires were on the way. Excellent service.
So far, it's been a good experience. My surgery is Monday and I don't anticipate any issues
