Staff is always kind and pleasant and follow up to make sure issues are resolved. This is our 3rd year with them.

Loved the customer care with RC. Once I submitted a case, someone from IT responded within the next 8 hours. I also emailed my account manager Raul and he did great at responding and helping as well. Thank you RC!!

The passcodes to join our conference call we set up stopped working. The agent was able to create a new conference call and it works.

Aside from the horrible rebot answering machine I had to get passed to talk to an agent, the representative, Mel, that helped me was great! She got my phones working again with trouble shooting and we very kind and patient.
