Iam so over this company I wouldn't have them put windows in my dog house- I have a dinning room window that doesn't fit right they were out 3/4times than I had water running inside my window- they sent two guys out they were nice I thought maybe they fixed it Came home after heavy rain hear dripping water running on to the window sill and down to the floor harder than last time- I called this was not even a week after they came- she told me shes waiting to schedule something- still haven't heard anything- I would not r... read more

I had old aluminum Windows. Single pane! I had their triple pane window installed and my gas usages went up!!! Not down. Also the went lazy on the install and ruined my casements and won't fix it. My sill used to be 8 inches deep now they just set the window on by Casement. So I lost all my sill! Hanson just sells a allside window and then sub contracts it out. Don't pay a middle man. Just get a builder who knows what he's.doing The second is what Hanson did! GARBAGE. Run from them please don't make the same mistake ... read more

Chris Fritz was detailed , professional and friendly but most of all incredibly personable. Chris is a great asset to the Hanson team ! I’m excited to have some new weather protected quality roofing , and because I’m going with “Morning Harvest” I also get that cute pop of color that never fades with the sun !

They communicated frequently and quickly about taking payment, but not about completing your work. They installed gutters for me that continued to leak. I was withholding the final payment until the problem was solved but after they kept calling I agreed to make the final payment. Now it’s been over 3 months, manager has not answered my emails in weeks and my gutters are still leaking. Awful service. I know others with similar complaints.

Sales staff was outstanding. Window construction was very good. Was disappointed with permitting staff (lacked communication skill) and scheduling staff. B & E Construction was outstanding. The follow up staff and final Project Coordinator were outstanding. Unhappy as to duration that it took to obtain permit (6 months which caused window installation to be done before Christmas). Thought with how long it took, permit fee could have been waived (particularly with the overall cost of the specialized window). Then told if th... read more

Replacement windows were installed except for one which was the wrong size. Finally installed after long delay. Roofing installed in a timely manner. Bathroom vent poured in water upon first rain shower ruining ceiling fixture and exhaust fan. Piece of facia was blown off twice before finally staying attached to house. Wrong shutters ordered and partially installed until I noticed . Long wait until new ones were ordered and installed. Total lack of communication from beginning of project til the end.
