We had some issues with installation, but all is well now. We love our windows. We already are seeing a difference in fuel bill.

Roof job completed in 2017. Noticed a leak from a plumbing vent a few months later, reached out and got no response. Posted a bunch of bad reviews and they called me back really quickly. After their response I changed my reviews to positive because they seemed to be interested in fixing the issue. However, after I changed this review all communications and effort to fix the issue their roofer caused ceased. I have not heard from them and the issue persists. Absolutely HORRIBLE work. I used Hanson's because of their brand name and guarantee. They did a horrible job and had me go and get the parts they needed to complete the job. The second repairman came and said it was not a good instillation job and tried to fix it. He told me to contact them again if it is still leaking. Sure enough the next rain it is leaking worst than the original one I had up before they robbed me for this job. Let's start by saying out of the 3 services we purchased the window is only one done correctly. I also understand that right now contractors and employees are hard to come by. But when we did not have any issues before having work done and you broke my house and stop responding that's not right. I also paid for gutter guards for my house and they were never installed. We had all of the windows in our home replaced. After the installation was complete we realized when the installers removed the old windows they removed all of our glass breakage alarms. When I called Hanson’s to tell them the cost of replacing the alarms would be over $600, they’re only response was sorry…there’s nothing we can do. 😡

Very poor workmanship!! Trim and caulking reflects the the workers desire to get finished and no commitment to get it right!!

DON’T TRUST THE LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! 3 years after getting a new roof, there was mold found. They were supposed to replace all boards and add ventilation as needed. Now, I am trying to sell the house and they are terrible to work with. Once they have your money for the big project, they do not care to repair! It took a week to get a call back for an appt then they no called, no showed. Rescheduled without even telling us at a time in the middle of the week that didn’t work for us. I just don't understand how you are still in business if the contractors you use are so substandard. List of issues. Smoking marijuana in the neighbors driveway. Urinating on the side of my house. Damaging the driveway by dropping bricks from the roof onto the driveway. Damaging the gutters by not providing any protection from roofing demolition. And finally, disturbing a plumbing vent and not responding when notified.
