We contracted with 1800- Hansons to have 17 windows installed. Our bathroom window does not close and lock properly. Two of the windows were installed crooked and look absolutely horrible. We have had three different case managers assigned since the beginning. However, no one can seem to respond to our calls for the issues to be resolved. Last week I was promised that I would have a response within 24 hours. Still no response. I would absolutely not recommend this company for any work to be performed.

very good at pitching sales not very good when you have a problem we replaced roof and siding at a $55,000.00 cost with lifetime warranty sounds great except the siding is coming off no problem it's guaranteed, well big problem when you get the run around when you call or email to just come out and look at problem. by the way don't bother sending responds for me to email your customer service it does no good. take some good advice don't use hansons I sure wish I wouldn't have. We got 17 windows total for our house. I have extended family that lives an hour away who got 4 windows, and we got better windows and we paid less for 17 than they paid for 4. The worst part was waiting for the windows to be manufactured. I called Hansons to check on the status and not only did they give me a status, on that same call they scheduled the install. The installer was awesome. He worked around our schedule. There is nothing Hansons could have done better - it was a fantastic job

We had three separate jobs done. All three crews were professional, friendly and helpful. Only issues were after siding install lots of nails left behind, but were aluminum so wouldn't be caught by magnet. Some issues with office staff when calling in but once we got the correct person, everything got done.

I had a good experience with Hansons the first time around with my front window - but OMG they have been SO HORRIBLE with my patio door!! I've been trying to get someone to come out an FINISH IT since I got it installed in like, March... fast forward to August, after no-showing TWICE, someone finally came out to look at it - they're like 'yup, needs to be finished' and then me repeatedly calling for TWO MONTHS to hear LITERALLY ANYTHING about it... finally got some kind of manager's number, left messages like, every day for ... read more

I wish I could give negative stars. The only person who was worth anything was the salesman. Also the shingles they are trying to pass off on everyone that they say are especially made for them and have a special lightweight metal backing, you can get at Menards for 36.00. We had our roof installed and they won't call us back or fix what they did. They contract out to other people, ours didn't even speak English. We have not been happy with our window purchase, we purchased 18 new windows for our whole house so we could save more energy. We have had 7 windows crack already and we haven't even had them for a year yet. The 1st window cracked even before we made our 1st payment! Our main issue is they were not installed correctly, they leak air and have had frost on them on the inside. They don't have the proper amount of insulation that is needed to be efficient.
