The windows and sliding door look fantastic! If I could say only one thing for improvement, I would that they would take one window out and put it back in during the winter as my house was freezing cold for hours after they finished.

My windows were put in 2012 They were put in by American exterior The windows were put in by nice people I have no complaints but the gas has leaked out And I need someone to please come help fix them I have a lifetime warranty.

Shane New was our Salesman and he was not only very pleasant but even laughed at my unique comments. He was very proficient at explaining what in the Dickens we were investigating, answered all of our questions perfectly and showed us why we should do business with Hansen's. I am sure that he was handsome underneath that mask of his but try as I may, he would not take it off, keeping us as safe as a Hound Dog.
