The whole experience was horrible but Shawn came out and resolved a lot of issues and said he’d keep me updated on the window that was missed. Shawn is very professional and knows the value of customer service

I had an appt for window repairs on 28 Jun from the install. Shawn did an excellent job. He took the time to listen and hear what we had to say and also took his time to do the repairs and explained what he was doing on every step. Shawn is the first person from Hanson's that we truly appreciated and he cares what he does and the image that needs to be portrayed by all Hanson employees.

My experience started out rather rocky. Thankfully my installation went wonderfully. Mark and I talked for a long time and he made me feel important. My project manager Barb was very nice and listened to all of my concerns. I love the color and the crew was so polite and took care of everything
