Eugene was great! He was honest and candid about the product. I didn't feel like I was "being sold" a product but more of a conversation. He asked us our needs and showed us how the windows would do that. There was no pressure to sign. He was a very genuine person.

Shawn was excellent explaining The inspection process he follows to provide a finished product that the purchaser/ Home owner will be pleased with . Also took the time to walk me through the operational and how to take care of the windows and how to best care and do basic home care to maintain a good working window. Was easy to talk with and made sure all my concerns and issues where met before leaving.

Had concerns about the roof vents. Hansens sent out Shawn Edwards to check and make sure everything was correct and explained the reason for the placement and the other vents. Also attached a piece of my new siding that was loose.
