I was asked to reschedule the first appointment. The second appointment, the salesman said he was over an hour away and not feeling well and wanted to do a zoom call instead. After 2 hrs of learning about a rubber roof the salesman wanted me to make a decision on the roofing package. He clearly got annoyed when I told him that I still had other roofers to meet with and he told me to cancel those appointments. A small project that took way too long to do. (Over 8 weeks before I was even scheduled) Took less than 10 man hrs. and was charged over $3000.00 for something that should have only cost half that. And, only part of it is fixed. I won’t call Hansons for anything else I had planned to do. Lousy communication. They over charge for their services. They will not provide you with an itemized bill.
