The Sales Rep was fantastic. We had an instant rapport. I did not feel in the least pressured and she answered any questions I had. I did not feel in the least rushed and did not feel I was just another appointment/sale.
The guys did great and it only took a few days. They cleaned up all their mess and even put back up our outdoor lights. They also had to take down our Christmas lights since they were still up. I have not had my windows installed yet. However, I had several companies and local installers come out to give me a quote and Jessalee was, by far, the best. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and respectfully helpful. She helped me come up with a design and plan that optimized how I live in my home and made suggestions I hadn’t thought of and helped me stay in my budget. I couldn’t have been more comfortable with Jessalee as my sales person. Showed me everything that my windows will do. Not pushy answered all My questions and made me feel important. Great personality and even liked my dogs lol. I would highly recommend her to be your sales person. When I call her she doesn’t make me feel like just another person.
