We were happy will our Salesperson, Gary, until the windows were installed and discovered that he mislead us on telling us blinds/shades would function on these windows. There is quarter-round on all the windows; therefore no space to attach the blinds or expensive bottom up/ top down shades. I had just ordered. He offered NO follow up or service after the sale. Good Product No mention of financing Installation crew was AMAZING!! They knew what they were doing and did not mess around! Follow up was horrible Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!

I wouldn't have given this company a single star rating but had to just so my review would post. I would not recommend this company to any one. They continually rescheduled my work due to weather but they sold me on winter installation as not being a problem. They offered me a $250 credit for the rescheduling but it NEVER HAPPENED. They don't have their own installation crews....they outsource everything. They are basically a really high priced general contractor..
