We have had a roof with a unique flat water collecting valley that has leaked in one way or another in the 31 years we’ve owned our home. We tired of roof repairs without longevity in that area. We saw several tv commercials for Hanson’s, and thought, what the heck? They offered us three levels of traditional roofing, and did say they have done steel, but after learning that while they cure leak problems, insurance companies don’t replace dimpled roofs from hailstorms as you would imagine. I was in a big Vine and Hanson came through Mr Lee was excellent I would recommend in fact I asked for a sign to put in my yard I believe my roof is the most beautiful in the neighborhood the Hispanic workers were great fast efficient picked up everything all around did a great fantastic job I would recommend them in fact I'm going to tell the neighborhood if they had a 10 star rating that's how I would rate.

Although the contractor spoke little english, they did an outstanding job! The work was completed in a timely fashion, and all of the debri was cleaned up afterwards. I would differently recommend 1-800 Hansan. Thanks, Dwayne

I did give David and his crew a 5 star rating. But i do have a suggestion.They could do a little better on their clean up. I was finding nails and screws in my road,driveway and on the floors in the house when i was cleaning the bathtub and floors after they had left.

We were happy will our Salesperson, Gary, until the windows were installed and discovered that he mislead us on telling us blinds/shades would function on these windows. There is quarter-round on all the windows; therefore no space to attach the blinds or expensive bottom up/ top down shades. I had just ordered. He offered NO follow up or service after the sale. Two crank were missing and we have waited 2 months to receive those. Installer came today with the wrong color crank! Hope it's not another 2 months to get the corre... read more
