I would like to give a review on Chaz Johnson who is my sales rep. I was very impressed with his informative preview on what I needed done and the way in which he delivered it. he made me feel very comfortable and explain things in a manner that I could understand without making me feel stupid since I know nothing about roofs at all. He was very polite and bent over backwards to provide the product that I wanted and needed at an affordable rate. I am disappointed to say the least. I would not use them again or recommend them. One window was poorly removed and repair to siding was caulked like a 3 year old did it. I requested assistance with that repair and got the run around. All I wanted was an answer. Today they said they will not fix it. I wish they would have just left the caulking off and would have called a professional. I would not ever use them again.
