Juan group did a great job installing the window on a partially raining day. Took the time to do it right even with rain delay. Explained the windows and cleaned up after the work was done.

Terrible company!!! Issues with windows i got. Its cracked, inside and out outside of the window is different color, not the right size, not the right quality. The frame of the window was supposed to be changed but wasn't. At that time i told the installers to stop as this isn't what we ordered/wanted. Someone was supposed to come the next morning never did. I have been calling everyday for a week multiple times a day and no responses back from anyone. Bad experience with salesman. Charged more than quoted. My fault not looking at invoice, just signing on electronic tablet. He would not respond to my later questions and basically ignored me, I could not get a legitimate installation time. It was at least 3 weeks late and would have been almost 7 had I not gotten persistently mad. Regional manager did not call back as promised and I had to call the 800 number and get mad to hear from him,
