After only 2 months, one of the windows has cracked already!
Oof, where do I start with this disaster of a window install. At this point, I don't know if my windows are ever going to be finished and installed. I ordered in April and due to supply shortages, the expected wait was 4 months and I understood that as we're currently in a hectic time. Everuthing arrived a little early and the window install took place in August. On the install, the technician managed to crack one of the frames. Jeff did a great job explaining the guarantee and quality of Hansons Windows. The window demonstration was very informative . I feel I’m getting the best window out there.
Windows were put in on second day they had two windows left to put in and to build the roof for my bay window. Contractor came and their was only one person, he seemed disgruntled that he had to come as his helper called in sick. The other members of the crew went to another city to install 3 windows elsewhere. The one that was left to do my windows and roof was upset that he had to build the roof for my bay window.
