123 was amazing even though my insurance and mortgage lender were being difficult. They understood my situation and were always in contact and available to me when I needed to contact them. This was my first time dealing with an insurance claim and they practically did it all for me. There assessment of damages were fair, and the roof replacement was speedy and the work was clean. Would definitely recommend 123 exteriors!

We discovered we had a leak in our closet after a very heavy rain. Turns out it had been happening for a while. Contacted Universal Roofing to take a look. ************************* came out and did a thorough walk of the roof, then he and another gentleman went into the attic. They actually found a few spots that showed leaks, all around existing roof vents. We still have plenty of life left in our roof, so they proposed fixing the areas around the vent pipes. They did an excellent job from start to finish, including cleanup.And were incredibly fast. The flashing around the chimey was double fiashed.The house looks great.
