We had hail damage to our home and ended up with new siding, a new roof, new gutters/down spouts and facia replacement. 123 Exteriors and specifically the project manager, Austin, did a fantastic job. Austin helped with everything from the start to finish. He made himself accessible for questions and was very knowledgeable. We made the right choice in the company to handle our repairs.
Universal Roofing made our re-roofing experience as non-stressful as possible. The gentleman we worked with (*******************) was very knowledgeable and complete in his explaining exactly what we needed, along with taking care of setting up all work. The workers were not only efficient and thorough from installation to clean-up, but also polite and cheerful.

I was apprehensive to talk with someone "off the street" about such a huge job. David H**** came by with a flyer and followed up a few days later. He remembered to talking to my son and the details of said conversation. I told him that there was no way I could afford a new roof and new siding and he asked if I had considered going through my insurance company. Universal was a wonderful company to work with! ***** came out immediately and was always quickly responsive whenever I had questions or reached out about the insurance claim we had on our roof. They did a seem less job on a complicated roof and exterior siding area of our home which was not done properly by another company the first time. I would highly recommend Universal and their crew for any roofing or exterior work you need. The professionalism and quality was top notch!
