Austin, our sales consultant, did a great job of determining what needed repair, meeting with the insurance adjuster to work through the many obstacles in getting our hail damage filed under claim. The team at 123 worked on our behalf with the insurance company throughout the entire (lengthy) process, while our insurance company was trying to deny a large part of the claim.
