Dale and his team do excellent work. I had him check my roof after ice caused water back-up issues on my roof - he was able to identify the root cause of the issue and point me in the right direction to get it fixed right away. I appreciate his honesty and integrity.

Dale is phenomenal to work with! He'll make sure you're educated on what he's doing and will assist you in making the correct decision for your particular home/situation. If you have any roofing/siding needs, I would highly recommend reaching out!
Dale my rep was good and stayed in contact with me. The job was completed. The company held extra money above my contract amount while they worked through my insurance company. They refused to give back and argued with me the whole way. I waited patiently for weeks. Then they gave up and tried to withhold my overage until I threatened to contact BBB. They finally refunded the overage and apologized. Dale was good but the corporate office was difficult to with with because of what I said above.
We had a great experience with 123 Exteriors. Dale was a pleasure to work with and very patient with my indecision...lol! He worked directly with our insurance company and made the process seamless. We were happy with the workmanship and attention to detail with installation. I would highly recommend them!
