Mitch was great, was in contact regularly and answered questions promptly. Once the job was started it was handed off to Ryan. The communication about who I should be talking to was non existant. I was still contacting Mitch not knowing it was Ryan who I should be talking to. As I aid I was very happy with Mitch P and his professionalism. It was excellent. We felt our roof and gutter issues were well taken care of...did not even realize we had hail damage, so this became part of our project. from start to finish we were consulted and given options at each step. We started with Joe and every person we subsequently worked with was professional and accommodating. If we had a question or needed something addressed, it was taken care of.
