Kelsie Alabi and I had a great conversation re a number of issues and a few requests. This was followed up by an email from me. Kelsie has indicated that she will look into the items and get back to me. For one of the issues, she has already sent the maintenance person for the Homburg building to look it. We also had concerns over the coldness when the heat was switched to air conditioning. The maintenance person came and adjusted all our thermostats which made it more comfortable in the building. Great Service!
