This facility has been excellent 2 me they have got me on my feet again less than a month from 2nd time hip replacement surgery safe & comfortable environment tha staff nice polite & courteous plus very helpful n any way possible

My name is James and I am currently at Del Rosa Villa moved here from what's dubbed a world class hospital by review and I must say that I've had nothing but the best professional and personal experiences while here and I have yet to even witness otherwise. The staff is so caring and kind to the patients. My mom loved the activities and friendships that made her stay enjoyable. She loved being able to go out to the gazebo and enjoy the flower garden. She said how beautiful it was. She even remarked how great the physical therapy was . So many wonderful people went above and beyond.

My mother fell, broke her hip and came to Del Rosa Villa for physical therapy and recovery. There are strict COVID-19 procedures so family wasn't allowed inside rooms. From what we could see, the facility is extremely clean and well cared for. Staff was pleasant while following rules. We had an EXCEPTION experience with Molly! She followed through on everything we asked and was always pleasant!! My only complaint would be the procedure of phone calls. The facility isn't set up for the daily calls I made. My moms health suddenly turned to the worse. It was a physical therapist who recommended Del Rosa Villa. I'm glad he did. During Covid-19 they put the safety of the patient first. Answered all my questions daily. The staff called regarding her updates. These are challenging times when your parents health starts failing. I'm glad there are staff members who go beyond the call of duty to make sure your loved ones are ok as well as the family.

Placing my Grandmother here was by far not an easy decision to make. She needed the 24hr nursing care that my family and I just couldn't provide. We all felt at ease seeing how the staff was so attentive, dedicated, and compassionate. My Grandmother, was incontinent, she was always changed in a timely manner and repositioned frequently, as to avoid bed sores. Knowing my Grandmother was in a place where she was getting quality care, made the fact that she was away from us, bearable.

I was an LVN student at this facility and I'm so grateful I got mentored here at Del Rosa. They don't cut corners, very thorough, listen to their patients. Such a strong team of genuinely good caretakers. Hoping to return as a licensed nurse in the near future.
