This place went to another home where disabled people live and recruited them for new clients. Talked an individual into moving to their facility. Changed their health care provider and changed their meds. Stronger meds like oxycodone. They lost their balance and fell , broke their hip. Didn't take care of said individual. Their sox were all wet when we visited. Finally transferred them to a real hospital where they were found to have blood clots, damaged liver, and they eventually succumbed to their injuries. Staff gave an awful vibe. New rules every day and took care of my father pretty poorly. Came home with an I recruit in his leg. Do not send or keep your loved ones there.

We were recommended this rehab facility through Redlands Community Hospital. DO NOT SEND your loved one here. They do not allow visitation in their room which is very suspicious. We have found out that there is only 5 CNAs per 90 patients. They have not helped my mom go to the bathroom so she has spent hours lying in her feces. She is not the only one I can assure you. Worse place to send someone you love !! My sibling was sent there from the hospital and it's been the worse experience ever !! My relative has been left with dirty diaper for entire night, they don't care about patients there they are left on hallways for the entire day it's sad how my relative has calling crying to take her out of there . Nurse name Candy she probably think she will never be old or sick to end up in a place like this and probably that's why she mistreated people!!

What a DUMP!!! My sister was transported to this pathetic run down facility with newly graduated CNA's that have no supervision in the evening. Let patients sit in soiled diapers, have pull down alarms in the back of beds to ask for help that patients can't reach. The hired help walk past the patients room and ignore them. My sister has to call me several times a day/nite to have me call the place in order to get anyone to help her. Takes forever to get any help! This place was an awful experience for my father. Very unprofessional staff, lack of training for staff. My father was given someone else's dirty clothes to wear. Staff there are unethical if you are not able to see your family and your loved one is not alert a lot of stuff goes on in there which is very unfortunate. It's the worst place ever, my siblings and my experience was terrible when we placed our mother in their care. When she was admitted she had nothing wrong with her body but when she was give back to us her leg looked as if someone had hit it, it was swollen from her knee down. And she was left with dirty diaper for days !! Not once was she bathed in the two weeks she was there. When we were told by the facility that she was. I don't have anything good to say about our experience with this facility and it's staff especially the supervisor Cardenas. When they answer your phone calls they put you on hold for 20-30 minutes. They would bring her food and never once adjusted her tray so she could eat and. most times she couldn't reach her food with two fractures in her pelvic.
