I don't have anything good to say about our experience with this facility and it's staff especially the supervisor Cardenas. When they answer your phone calls they put you on hold for 20-30 minutes. They would bring her food and never once adjusted her tray so she could eat and. most times she couldn't reach her food with two fractures in her pelvic. I called 911 last night and left the Providence Del Rosa Villas aka Del Rosa Convalescent they had to close and change the name.They had been giving me percriptons that came from a Doctor i had terminated , notified Administration, and IEHP.who had acted against my wishes and without my informed consent.One practices Spa Medicine from his Apt.,One has complaint against him at California State Medical Board, one internest uses a p.o.box as his address, and then there Director of Nursing whos only fulltime job is to ignore pro... read more

If I can give this place zeros, I would. It's a hell hole. Flies on patient's food. No one pays attention!! Don't put your loved one here. Rude & inattentive staff!!

Do not take anyone here ever!!! My mom broke her hip while at their facility and they didn't do any X-rays or anything. They doped her up so she wouldn't scream about the pain and left her with a broken leg for over a month. When I went to visit her, I took her home with me immediately.

This place is terrible. Don't put your loved ones in here. I'm currently trying to get my mom out of there. The patient care here sucks, they ignore the nurse call lights.
