I bought solar from this company 6 months ago. They moved pretty quick and got my install done very fast! I did have a power bill during the summer time but i just paid my power bill this month and its half of what it is. Do not use the company they are dishonest in every aspect. They refuse to honor the terms in their contract and the only means of enforcement are insanely expensive. 1Solar was found in breach of the ******************************** Residential Solar Act and were heavily fined. They lied and blamed the utility for the hold up in processing (we have proof they submitted the paperwork incorrectly several times). They lied about panel production expectations. When the additional panels were presented to me, I was told they would produce enough power to eliminate my APS bill and I should receive a credit at the end of the year for around $300.I never received a copy of the actual contract until I requested it from Sunnova the contract holder, I had signed it on his device and only ever received disclosures. Now reading it I see I had 7 days to change my mind. Not only do I now have 2 solar leases, but I still receive an APS bill for nearly what it used to be. After chatting with A... read more

We Signed with 1Solar (Sunnova) in July, the end of July the system was installed in 2 days. Then it took almost 2 months to get a final inspection. !Solar told me on one occasion that that the Pima County canceled all inspections for the afternoon the inspection was scheduled. Not true, I called the County ************** and talk to the inspector, the inspection was canceled by 1Solar. Seriously, s**** this company. When they came to sell me the panels 18 months ago, they calculated that this would eliminate my energy bill, and that I would only have to pay for the panels. They even told me that I would get a tax credit worth 30% of the panels that I would be able to use to lower the balance and thus not have a huge payment on the panels (because the payment I would have to make otherwise would have made it NOT worth getting the panels in the FIRST place). Absolutely terrible customer service, they did not communicate with us or act like they wanted to come out to our house unless we complained, they also don't seem to communicate amongst themselves about what our issue we are experiencing is or what's going on in general. We had to practically beg them 4 different times to come check our solar panels and they would either never show up, or come at a time when no one was home.
