Almost 2 months after installation and we still havent been able to use our panels. There is no follow up with the company. They place all the focus in making a sale but not in actual giving you a product that works. Also, any reimbursements will take forever. We are still pending a fee and the 1 year free we were promised at time of sale.

Functional scam artists!*************************, who is a representative of their company, was not only late, unorganized, and not knowledgable about the product, but he also resorted to dishonest means to close his deal and then had near zero communication afterward. It was as if he was a scam artist choosing his next ****. I'm extremely disappointed in this experience and if 1Solar brings this kind of person on their team then I have an idea of what the rest of the company is like... Be cautious.

Dont speak to anyone with this company. Sales guy made the pitch, did not provide any written documentation of the hardware they would use. I told them I will think about it after I receive information I wanted about their product. To get the Tax incentive and use financing they say you have to get financial approval so they get all your info. I was approved, I never received any technical info about the project, they showed up and said they had to do a site survey to provide the info. During this process Im getting hammered... read more

I spoke with an agent Im having communication issues with my solar the agent said she would call back to let me know if and when they would send a technician out I have called repeatedly and no one answers I leave messages no response Ive only had my system a little over a year my name is ********************* **** ************* ** *****

This company has called me 10 times as of this morning. I have repeated multiple times, we are not interested and that we do not own the house. Requested to have my number removed several times and to no avail I keep getting calls stating that they've met with me already, which they have NOT! Next step is hiring a firm for unsolicited phone calls after request to remove my phone number.
