I am a current resident at your Walnut Creek apartment. I have had issues with reporting maintenance issues since we moved here. Some how a work order gets lost in the shuffle and takes over a month to get done. The maintenance people NEVER leave a note alerting us that they were in our home. The only reason why I know they were here this time is because they left a mess on my mantle and dripped paint on the expensive frame that my marriage license is in. I am living at White Water Creek for 5 years. Out of the 5 years the pool has been under maintenance in the summer 2 summers And took about 3 to 4 weeks to be repaired. This is an amenities that we pay for. Also one summer it was never cleaned properly. It is down right now and there is no message to why or how long it will be out of service. My AC has been needing maintenance 3 times in a month. Every year.

I'd just like to add my story too, I think others would like to hear it. I`ve been struggling for several years with my car loan, as I had indemnity fraud in the past, and my credit score dropped down. It is the end of a difficult year for all of us residents of New Orleans, apart from the problems of COVID- 19. We all experienced it at different levels, but the manager usually is the rock of the community, as we all call for issues. Ally has been a great addition to our community.
