Staff is extremely friendly, price is competitive and they are open 24 hours but that’s where it ends for this location specifically. Equipment is extremely dated, locker rooms & bathrooms look like a crime scene and the lighting throughout is similar to what you would experience at a Wal - Mart. The other locations in the area are a lot newer but not as convenient to get too.

There was a manager that stepped in named Tasya and during her short run as a manager things got better. The manager that replaced her let everything fall apart again. Chase is a great manager and so is Aaron the Fitness Manager. This new manager legitimately walked in and out of the women’s room when it was trashed this last weekend and didn’t even try and make it better. When Tasya worked she cleaned it up every time she went in. Tasya you are missed.

They told me I couldn't us my pass after 10pm because I might be homeless!

I'm not really a big fan of this location. Most of the staff ignore you when you come in...or if you say Hi to them or try to engage in conversation...they don't respond or just stare at you with that dumbass look on their face. There's a few that are friendly and cordial with me. I usually go here just to clean up after a hard day's worth of work. Men's locker room is always filthy with people's shit and garbage everywhere. The floors and bathrooms are always nasty for the most part. I won't even talk about the showers...It... read more

Takes months to fix anything. Prime example is the front door has been broken since May and it's still not fixed. They got new cycling bikes last spring and almost every bike on the floor to use without being in class are either missing shoe straps or batteries are dead. Don't expect equipment to be fixed within a quarter or two.

First time back in 7 years and I think I'll wait another 7 before going back. They've technically got everything you need to get a good exercise in but for the price they charge and the location they're at the quality of the facility is far below what I expected. 1. Equipment very dated compared to other 24 locations, missing lots of adjustable components that newer machines/benches/etc. that would otherwise benefit your form. 2. Dumbbell rack has no numbering, so weights were just left all over the place. 3. Very limited sp... read more

I signed up and have been a member since they were building the downtown location. I have finally had it. There is NEVER any hot water in the evenings when I go there. There have been many times that the sauna or jacuzzi I'd out for weeks. It stuck like locker room the moment I got inside tonight. The parking during the day went from 2-3 dollars for 2 hours during the day for members, to $1 off the ridiculous downtown rate last year. It's just not worth it. Calling to cancel tomorrow.

Not a good place to exercise. Frequently there is no hot water in the showers in the men's locker room (that's the case today, May 22, 2017). And this is the norm, not the exception. The executive management doesn't give a flying pancake. ~ They could put signs on the outside entry door stating This Facility endorses armed forces style treatment: Our locker room showers only have cold water. If you want a hot shower after exercising go find a different gym.
