Ideal location and helpful staff. Needs management leadership to improve the cleanliness of men's locker room. Less rap music blaring over loudspeakers would be nice.....
This gym has a hot water issue at night after 10p. The issue is, the hot water doesn't work & same goes for the swimming pool heater....apparently, management knows about this, but for MONTHS hasn't repaired the problem!!!! This is ludicrous! All the money we pay a month, this can be fixed in a day!!! Zero EXCUSES FOR THIS!!! And the Men's bathroom always smells like straight Urine, you can tell the difference between this Sport & the Super Sports... I suggest the Issaquah, Northgate or Kent locations, top notch everything!
I'm getting pretty tired of the lack of hot water in the mens' showers. It's been MONTHS, and I have reported it to staff more than once. Toilets are often in pretty bad shape, too. Management needs to seriously up its game when it comes to maintenance.
Hardly any hot water in the shower room, and its muddy and I often find condoms(yea safety first). The Jacuzzi hasn't had jets in weeks but people still sit in it and the water smells. The machines brake down.
Crooked operations. I moved out of the area in March 2016 and they reactivated my account without my knowing and billed me month to month plus membership fees. $240 that they are unwilling to refund even though I had not set foot in the gym, ridiculous!
People, machines, and weights all add up to a positive note.
Shitty dirty gym, don't waste your money here.
One of the worst gyms I've been to (as in people who work for 24). Front desk people, pleasant. Trainers, whole different story. Unfortunately I'll be having to come here and lot more (been a member of 24 for 10+ yrs and live near). The training staff are the most arrogant people (Sunday, 01-10-16) I've ever come across.
