Its a nice Environment to be at ..Staff are very friendly
I’ve lost 50 pounds in 6 months with the help of my trainer, Cody. Everyone fits in here because the members are diverse in every way, age, fitness level, etc. Members generally focus on their own workouts, and the staff keeps the atmosphere friendly and safe.
Well-even though I have encountered some mean people there that accuse me of stuff I'm not doing-I have to smile and let it go even though it hurts-what makes it better is the nice people I met and the advice they have given me on working out when they see me doing stuff wrong. Helpful tips on recovery from my motorcycle accident and stuff make it a cool place.Some staff are really cool and regular people I met too.I wish I could work out 7 days there instead of just 4 days.If you think I've been on the machine to long-just ... read more
