Great location!! Amazing instructors
I do U JAM every week which is a blast and sweat my *** off. I alternate days on cardio and weight lifting. It’s never too crowded and I never have to wait for a machine. The new treadmills are very nice.
Every 24 hours fitness is good to get fit. To make new friends too
Small gym therefore not a whole lot of variety but good enough to get your basic workout in
Good gym. I went here twice as a casual member while traveling. Cost per visit ~$15usd. Losts of ma Hines and treadmills. Not a very big free weight area. Staff are friendly.
Very clean! Lots of cardio machines! Very organized. Close to my job! Close to many restaurants so you can go out and eat back those calories 😂
