Other super sports have more squat racks and bumper plates. Why isn't this gym getting anything new? It starting to look more like a sport rather a SUPER. ���
Basketball court needs to be cleaned, the floor is dirty, has dust bunnies and ants all over.
I've been with 24 Hour Fitness for 13 years now. I had to upgrade my membership to the Lakewood facility because it's a super sport club �. Ok so I upgraded 2 months ago and last week they said it was an error on their behalf. Oops they forgot to charge my card not once but twice�..... Now I went from paying $26.99 a month to paying $41.00 a month. Now I'm expecting a good time here, why everytime I'm done with my workout the sauna is always shut down hmmm..... Why was this lady giving herself a pedicure in the Jacuzzi while we were in it. She was sitting on the side with one foot in the water and the other foot on the deck with her buffer just scrubbing away legs and feet and splashing the water to rinse the deck. I announced to my friend that we had to immediately get out then the lady said it easier than doing it in the bath of course I told her that was not right. She then followed me in the locker room to explain how it was ok because the water was "waste water" What???
Disappointed w/facility after I incurred an injury from their cardio machine, Step-Mill #S-6! Stay away from it.......threw me off by steps abruptly speeding up to extreme speeds while on the machine for 40min.!!!!! & Facility had NO antiseptic for my badly � legs! It happen 4/18 around 5:30ish! Ha.......this site is not letting me post my pics of the horrific injuries�
Been a member for 25 years and recently transferred to Lakewood and this Club is walking distance from my new office. Went there today after work and told I'd have to upgrade my membership, if I wanted to use this facility. I informed the guy at the counter that I already have an all Club Sport membership and he replied with: oh, but we're a Super Sport, you have to pay more. Nice facility. Weights not racked is annoying. Wondering why there isn't wifi.
Well the restrooms are always durty , if the manager know the amount of people who use the gym the should have the cleaning crew clean the restroom 🚽 showers 🚿. like every 2hrs a least, and also for the people who work out there please have some respect for the others if you gone be in your phone , do your social firts u hit the gym...
I have been to a lot of the gyms that 24hr has to offer, and have all access to all of them. Some of the smaller ones, still have good access and are very clean.....but this one, is so poorly run....two of the THREE stalls in the bathroom were not usable....very dirty... all of the weights (dumbells) were scattered...put in the wrong place..etc... and I'm sure you might say " well that's the people's fault"...and there is some truth to that....but the staff is supposed to keep things orderly...and maintain the workout area..... read more
