Bad customer service,young lady work there she tell me you owe us this month,I told her my bank its been updated,then she tell me are you promise,I said what?i point it I'm a Custumer loyalty sooo many years,auto-pay many years no problem even they overcharged me they this not say sorry,they waiting I call them,now only because my bank been updated you tell me promise you ,I don't think so go fuck youself .im ready up set ,bitch embarrassed me .

They got new schwinn bikes. The cycling instructors are tough and motivational. I like the 10am and 12pm classes. Get there early for your pass. The women's restroom are kept clean. No issues to note.

PEOPLE RE-RACK YOUR DAMN WEIGHTS!!!!!!! It's not hard. You pick it up, lift the weight, and when you're done you PUT THE WEIGHT BACK ON THE RACK!!! I hate to see such a nice gym have dumbells all over the floor from CUSTOMERS not putting their weights back. They don't need more custodians; people need take a class on gym etiquette...

Cardio Equipment is RAN DOWN.. Almost ALL Incline trainers are down... paying alot for a membership with equipment I Wana use being down.

Bathroom is always dirty Pool has tons of hair on the pool floor Aerobics room reeks of piss & sweat Most of the ellipticals are broken Jacuzzi water is green... See More Bathing suit spinner is broken Kids room smells rotten No respect for the employees, a friend [Anthony] who has been there 12 years works only 1 day [which is illegal in California cause the minimum hours is 20hours a week] i told him that 24 hour fitness was being Racist

I love the classes and the instructors but most of the spin bikes are broker. They took off the instructors who are teaching on the app so now you don't know who is teaching. Need more maintenance people and custodians.

I used to always look forward to Hot Hula with Mariza. The club moved the class from 7pm to 8pm. I still came to the class driving from the South Bay to Lakewood. However, the past month there has been a couple subs - Faye (unprofessional, rude, negative energy, hostile environment), Cheryl (awesome energy), and I think one other. I had attempted to use the treadmills that wasn't occupied and it gave an error message..I went to 4 machines with that same error and the gym employees didn't bother to to put an out of service note on these machines.
