Excellent Cardio Machines and nice variety of aerobic classes... LA Fitness only has an upper hand with the basketball court and the free weights but nice gym overall.
Good clean gym, but a bit too small, especially during busy hours. I was there between 0930 and 1100 and I couldn't find an open bench press for about 20 plus minutes. A few people along with me were just pacing around awaiting equipment machines to become available. What frustrated me the most, was that one guy was having a phone conversation for about 5 plus minutes while sitting on a flat bench press with no care in the world. I am not making this up, it could've been 10 minutes because I walked away to do something else.... read more
Every sunday morning the gym is a mess, none puts the weights back on the rack.
My SOFLO location when I am in town. Love Alison's Zumba class on Monday nights! My primary reason for going to this gym.
I love this location because it's near my home. Staff are great. The only thing that makes me so angry is on Saturday's I normally make it to Lydia's Cycling class 15-20 min early. Even if the class only have 5 people, all the bikes are reserved. Its not fair for people like me to get there early and all the bikes are reserved for those who arrives late. It should be first come first serve and the people that are late should have to turn around. I wish management would change this around. Maybe start giving out tickets or so... read more
It needs to be better managed. The weights issue is real. They are all over the place.
Good gym, location, equipment and price. Modern equipment and it's clean! 👍🏾
All we really want if FREE WIFI , is that too much to ask :)
