A great place to exercise. Amazing teacher for the Silver Sneakers class on Wednesday , Thursday and Friday .
Very clean gym during the day but after 9pm it's very mess and dirty. It must be that they don't have a cleaning crew for the night shift. I think it's important to keep the gym clean and presentable at all times.
Great atmosphere, awesome instuctors and staff. I hope 24 corporate knows and appreciates how hard and well the instructors work. Dealing with so many different personalities is no easy task, they're truly the BEST at what they do. Special shout out to Dulcie, Lydia, Rocky and Megan.
They have a new trainer with glasses he's awesome!! Love the sauna and the steam room! Omg I've lost weight feel great!! Be there tonight ...
