Its a lovely place to be in terms of shedding weights
Great atmosphere to workout in. Facilities are clean and there is a wide variety of equipment and nice amenities.
The gym is nice the workers are cool best days to go there are fridays saturdays sundays you see the civilized members there that jave proper home training that know how to re rack what they use and throw the damn paoer towels in the trash cans. Monday through Thursday you have the young and dumb and some older heads with the guts that slam the damn weights down to get people to look at them fucking idiots yhen you have the same fools doing routines inside the sauna and see the idiot pass out. And wonder what happen to them ... read more

I go to the gym to workout, and not to make friends, so i don't care about many of the complaints. I love the fact that it is open 27/7.
