RecommendedYesterday afternoon we realized our furnace was not working properly and the house was getting cold. We called 24/7 Home Comfort Services, who service and maintain our HVAC system, and the answering service contacted a technician. The technician called us within 20 minutes to let us know he was heading to our house. Upon his arrival, he diagnosed the problem, had the required part on the truck and fixed our furnace. This company is the best! They are always so pleasant and helpful whenever I call. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and everything is working correctly. I wish all businesses were run like this!
We've always had VERY good service with 24 Hr. Today the young man who came was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything he did. I believe he is reasonably new, but has the talent and caring of someone whose been there much longer. He made sure we understood how to operate a new device he installed for us. 24hr Home Comfort replaced our furnace last November. It was 28 yrs old. They did an excellent job. This April thye serviced our A/C unit. When it wasn't working, they came out the same day I called and got it working. A simple fix. I have the Security Blanket program and I would recommend it and them to all. No one else offered this.
The technicians who have been in my home have been very courteous, informative, and professional. I really appreciate the service the company gives. It is also important to me to be able to call them whenever is necessary, no matter what time.
Travis came out and got our heat going and we really were impressed by his efficiency and knowledge. I would highly recommend your team to anyone who needs maintenance or repairs.
