We called 24/7 Home Comfort Services, who service and maintain our HVAC system, and the answering service contacted a technician. The technician called us within 20 minutes to let us know he was heading to our house. Upon his arrival, he diagnosed the problem, had the required part on the truck and fixed our furnace.
