I was told that the Dynamic 16X25 whole house air ranger installation for $1400.00 would take care of the dust collecting in the one bathroom, clean everything out and keep all rooms in my house cleaner. I tried this for a year and there is nothing different than what I had before. The dust still collects every two days in this room! If this company tells you that you need a new furnace, get a second opinion! Scammers!
this company is a bunch of crooks and should be ashamed of themselves. one of the previous employees stated they would pay them bonuses to make things up that needed to be repaired and take advantage of older people who didn't know any better. I have my grandma go with rock valley hvac incorp who are much better than these selfish crooks who don't stand behind the warranty. use them instead of this awful company.
Reached out for the first time to use as previous hvac service had retired. Tried to get me to put in new furnace and advised heat exchangers were going bad and could not be replaced. Had reputable service come in that actually cleaned furnace 24 hr was to do, but spent more time trying to get me to buy new furnace and day annual inspection. Professionalism is questionable. They took advantage of a medical situation with our child and charged an arm and leg for a new AC unit. They wrapped a maintenance package into, claiming it was part of the price (it isn't), and during the one and only maintenace visit, tried selling duct cleaning, humidifier, a new blower fan, a UV system and other stuff...
The last four visits were really not furnace/air conditioning checks. The last visit only involved 2 people telling us that our furnace needed to be replaced immediately and they were not going to replace the filter because they didn't bring one with them. They gave us a price to replace but never mentioned the Brand that they were selling nor the type of furnace that we would be getting. Actually have some on call for emergencies when office is closed, instead of charging an $80 dispatch fee for them to come.
