We've always had VERY good service with 24 Hr. Today the young man who came was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything he did. I believe he is reasonably new, but has the talent and caring of someone whose been there much longer. He made sure we understood how to operate a new device he installed for us. 24hr Home Comfort replaced our furnace last November. It was 28 yrs old. They did an excellent job. This April thye serviced our A/C unit. When it wasn't working, they came out the same day I called and got it working. A simple fix. I have the Security Blanket program and I would recommend it and them to all. No one else offered this.

The technicians who have been in my home have been very courteous, informative, and professional. I really appreciate the service the company gives. It is also important to me to be able to call them whenever is necessary, no matter what time.

Our air conditioner had a leak in it. Marcus did an excellent job repairing it and coming back the next day to make sure everything was working. When it wasn't working at full performance, he checked everything over again and made the necessary repairs. He was very professional and a hard worker. We now have a nice cool house. Thank you for all of your hard work!!

We have been connected with 24HR Home Comfort Services for several years. We had a new furnace installed a few years ago and more recently (last 2-3 years) have also had our central air serviced. The service reps are very knowledgeable and professional. Most recently we were blessed to have our central air serviced to keep it going and save us lots of money. It stopped working at 11:30PM on 8/10, and by 10:00AM on 8/11 it was working again! Great company! Would highly recommend them to everyone!
