New management is extremely helpful. I'm not a student, but I find the environment totally suits my needs as a full-time startup employee. Never too loud, rarely any parties. Location is fantastic - right in the middle of downtown. Also love the events and things the office runs (pizza lunches, cupcakes in the office, etc). They're suppose to renovate over the summer of 2017. Should be nice!
New management is wonderful and really cares about all their residents!! Great spacious apartments with individual bedrooms and bathrooms. A perfect home away from home for all college kids!
