No professional follow up or communication with tenants. Their fees are exorbitant. They Increased rent due to pool install etc.. nothing completed nor started. Did some small reno work and tenants were put up in hotel? Really?? Management does not return calls nor do they care. There are much better places in Charleston for their ridiculous service and fees. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! BEWARE!!

This is a horrible location and place to live as they gouge you with excessive fees. I was late paying because the accounting system they have online kept charging a $10 daily fee even after I had paid the bill. The management then refuse to remove the charges. The simple bills cost money to pay the utility bills as a user setup charge. The paying of rent on the portal cost additional fees. When I moved in an electronic that was supposed to be provided was broken and it took them 5 weeks to get a new one. The leasing office's communication is terrible and when you go in there about an issue they act as though it's not their job to fix - when in fact that IS their job. Rude workers and terrible professionalism. Would not recommend living here at all, those issues make the entire experience terrible. Cannot wait to get out of my lease.
