Product Issues July 17 2025 i signed an agreement for a car to come safetied and in good condition. It was delivered damaged and unfit. I’ve been avoided for weeks until pro bono ******* helped me write a recind letter. I want this vehicle returned as if it didn’t happen. Product Issues Back in March I purchased a 2021 *** ****** from 401 Auto Hamilton On. A month in to owning this car my car was shutting off while driving, including on the highways! Sales and Advertising Issues Without a doubt the worst vehicle purchasing experience. Initially it was amazing and they handled everything professional trying to get us into a vehicle, however we had stated that we need to be in a full size 8 passenger SUV due to our family size. Order Issues I went to 401 Auto Financing in Hamilton to finance a new car (around May, 2025). I found a vehicle I liked and signed the financing agreement, but I didn’t have insurance at the time, so the dealership kept the car on their lot under my name. It took me about two months to arrange insurance, during which time two payments of $300.12 were withdrawn from my account. Product Issues Purchased the car from 401 Auto & **************** September of 2023. By literally Sept 2024 I bring it in for an oil change and they recommend a transmission fluid replacement. Bring it to ****** ************ and they said my transmission completely ******* Costed me 6 GRAND of work. Service or Repair Issues Bought a used vehicle (demo) yet had 21,000km on it. The oil change had not been completed, speedometer is 6km too fast, tail light and head light not working when it's cold on the one side. Car was shaking when I would apply the breaks.
