Product Issues Purchased the car on March 11, 2025 and on April 12, 2025 the engine seized up. I contacted the business about a warranty and was told they would look into it and have had no contact back since. Currently my vehicle is going to ******* to get the engine replaced because there was no contact from the business.

Service or Repair Issues I helped my wife buy a car from them not even 4 months ago and the check engine light has came on twice the car is a 2021 **** and has less then 30,000 on it they won’t fix it .

Delivery Issues I purchased a vehicle from 401 auto on upper James on March 7th, I received nothing but the run around when it came to picking my vehicle up. I finally received my vehicle on March 13th only to discover that night that there was a crack and two chips in my windshield so I returned the next day to inform them, the lot guy said it was no problem they would fix it since they can't sell a car like that but the sales person tried to blame me for the crack and chips even though I only had the car for a few hours an... read more

Product Issues I purchased a vehicle only drove 20mins it started overheating, smoking and leaking coolant, and oil caps leaking, warped front rotors (should never have passed safety) I want it resafetied at my mechanics @ 401 autos expense. Their mechanic took 5 hrs taking it apart to tell us it was the turbo coolant lines and then the part was on back order for a month, still havent heard back, was given a jug of coolant and said it's safe to drive but really it isnt after we fixed the one leak ourselves we notice the oil ... read more

Service or Repair Issues I purchased a car from 401 Auto on Sept 29 2023 . I have had an engine light on since Oct 13 2023. I have brought the car back 4 times and the problem still is not fixed .

Delivery Issues I puchased a car and signed all paperwork on december 19th, 2023. Since this date we have been given nithing but false information regarding our purchase and pick up date. Sales and Advertising Issues It all started on Saturday, December 2nd. I went to 401 Auto dealership Ottawa, where Blake G. and Petro M. assisted me. I explained that I needed a car, and they began to talk to me through the car buying and financing process. Service or Repair Issues Got my car July 28th and as soon as i was driving it home the breaks were squeaking so i texted my salesman and he said could be a rock and if it continued then to contact them.
