Management needs more training.
BEWARE of this location! Servers are snotty, management makes excuses and doesn't care, steaks are raw, sides are cold, not worth the $ or headache. See Google reviews for this location.

This was my second time in tonight. The first time I came out with my friend and the food was great, but it took about 50 minutes for us to even get our food and they brought the appetizer with the meal, which I thought was weird. I brought my husband tonight for the first time since I liked the food so much. I figured the first time with the really slow wait time was a fluke (It was a Wednesday night!). Tonight is Friday. The waitstaff don’t seem to ‘get’ the pandemic. While it’s nice to have them attempt to establish rapport with you, it is VERY uncomfortable to have them lean way over your table to talk with you, while not having their mask secured fully over their nose and chin. COVID is not a joke to me.
We love 54th with the exception of the Euless location. Been twice taking new folks because we really enjoy the food. Been at that location twice and both have been a disaster. Last night was over the top awful service, food overcooked no refills. The waitress was one of the worst we had. That location needs an overhaul of its staff. Go to another location. Trust me Alliance would be worth the added mileage
