They want to charge you +$0.75 /per Taco to switch out hard shell to soft!! They say bc it's more meat needed for the flour?!?!??! 😭😭😭😭😭 Never had this happen here before and we eat here at least once a month! Never been charged or told that INSIDE your restaurant!! Two hours after dining and I threw it all up. The cold steak soup gave me food poisoning. Eat here at your own risk
today dinner was awful. requested well done fires, manager brought the plate and my wife told him these are not well done. his reaction were to just her the plate and walk away. my chicken salad had the chicken underneath all the lettuce and onions were over powering. waitress . the waitress needed helpe. she did the best she could but obviously overwhelmed
RecommendedThe food is excellent but the service is bad. We go every few months and it's always the same issue - slow service. I don't know how many times they have apologized over the last year but still no improvement. Everyone in our section was frustrated lastnight and some people even walked out. The three of us arrived around 7:15 and we didn't leave until 9:30. If it wasn't for the great food, we definitely wouldn't eat here again. We liked this place for Friday Date Night, but lately this place is going 'downhill'. Seems like every time we go something is unsatisfactory. Either service or cold food or not cooked to order. Tonight, my wife ordered a well-done Burger it came out pink. Grandson ordered French Fries, came out cold and tasted old. (he's 6 years old and knows his Fries) I had Steak (Chewy and luke warm) and my loaded Backed Potato was so cold it wouldn't even melt the extra butter I had with it. We are so disappointed!!! My the French dip was very salty. The au jus was very greasy. Not a great visit. The server was a nice young man.
