Consistency and tasty food...no negative comment but this isn't Perry's or Kirby's. The bar area get 5 stars due to light and airy setting nicely turned bar and a great outdoor patio area. We go here every time we finish golf at Bear Creek and when we just want a cozy environment in a friendly bar. Highly recommend.

When I called to reserve a table for our family, I was told if we came right there they could accommodate our table right then but if we came an hour later and they were busy they wouldn't be able to accommodate our party...I don't understand what restaurant wouldn't be able to accommodate anyone wanting to come to their restaurant no matter which time of the day it is. Will not be coming here again

I've been eating at the restaurant chain for some years now, and this by far is the worst experience I've ever had. Me and my fiancés food was cold the waiter asked how I wanted my meat cooked and it was cooked the opposite. The strawberry lemonade and the cherry limeade was horrible. They messed up my finance's burger up so they had to remake it therefore my burger was extremely cold like it had been sitting out while they were fixing hers. This was our 2nd trip to 54th Street in the past couple months and service and food quality was the less than average on both trips. I have been sympathetic to slow service over the past few years due to the impact Covid has had on most businesses, but when the waitress spends more time hanging out with table of young guys, that's just poor service. This has been one of the worst experience I've have ever had. We came to this place for the first time, thinking it would bea good place to grab some late night dinner but our experience was far from that. Let's begin with my brother. First he noticed that the cloth napkin he received were dirty, when he told the staff they just offered him paper napkins. This is a restaurant with a vast menu that will appeal to most. The location is convenient to Hwy 121 hours n the Mid Cities area. That said, the vegetarian options were very limited and my server was unable to recommend options and modifications beyond the burger. Me, my son and his family met here for dinner on Sunday evening around 8pm. We are fans of 54th Street in Lewisville and this was our first visit to this location. My grandson isn't even 4 months old and was in a baby carrier and the hostess initially walked us over to a booth. As soon as our server approached we were able to move to a table fortunately. I took my wife out to come here for the first time and immediately i was met with disapproving eyes and hostel attitude first thing when we entered the restaurant. Once seated our waitress showed little if any care to take our orders or even acknowledge that we were there. After ordering our food it took no less than 25 minutes for our food to arrive.
